Abstract:
 
This report summarized the Cryptosporidium diagnosis method comparison by using of Rapid Dimethyl Sulfoxide modified acid fast stain and Ziehl-Neelson method. The sensitivity and specificity of both examination were not different (p>0.05). From 405 of fecal samples of children in Pak-kred Babies„S Home Nonthaburi, no infection rate was found in the first and second years children. Infection rate was increased in those four years children (3.9%).
