Susceptibility and resistance to temephos, fenitrothion, malathion, propoxur, and permethrin of Aedes aegypti, Culex quinquefasciatus and Musca domestica from Northern Part of Thailand in 1994

Abstract:          
In 1994, F1, F2, Aedes aegypti larvae, Culex quinquefasciatus larvae and adult Musca domestica were tested to Abate (Temephos), Fenitrothion, Malathion, Propoxur and Permethrin WHO Standard Solution. The mosquitos from all the provinces were susceptible to Malathion, Fenitrothion and Temephos. The houseflies from all provinces were low resistance to Malathion and Permethrin but susceptible to Fenitrothion and Propoxur.
